Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulating appropriate treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Implementing individualized treatment strategies to effectively address a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more.
- Providing therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, adapting techniques to meet the distinct needs of clients.
- Jointly working with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients, actively participating in case discussions and treatment evaluations.
- Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines to protect client confidentiality.
- Engaging in regular supervision, training, and professional development to stay abreast of best practices and enhance clinical skills.

Your work will directly impact a diverse array of clients facing various psychological and emotional challenges. Qualifications
- A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
- A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy in mental health settings.
- Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate effective treatment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build meaningful relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate treatment plans and progress.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in specialized areas such as addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, or mood disorders.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Participation in continuing education or training in emerging therapeutic methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
