Bon Secours - Radiation Oncology MD Team Growing - Coastal Hampton Roads Virginia
Bon Secours in coastal Hampton Roads Virginia is seeking a Board Eligible Early Career Radiation Oncology MD/DO to join our growing team. You will provide full time patient care M-F 8-4 due to increasing volumes and share call rotation with our other highly experienced Radiation Oncologist. We’re seeking a Team player who is open to coaching and mentorship and has interest in building a program together long term.
Join a supportive, collegial and compassionate team which provides inpatient care at Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth and Harbour View Medical Center in Suffolk, our beautiful new state-of-the-art facility adjacent to our freestanding ER. There is also ambulatory clinic care involved in this position.
Position will provide an opportunity for 10-12 consults per week and 40 patients under treatment on average. We are a high-volume practice team and you’ll be supported from Day 1 forward.

OCN certified nursing staff, social workers, nutritionists and spiritual support personnel onsite
Onsite and remote dosimetry, onsite physics (2)
HDR Brachytherapy- LDR if desired, SBRT, SRS, OSMS Varian equipment (2 vaults)
Epic EMR, MyChart and Dax CoPilot/AI ambient charting
Part of a large multidisciplinary medical group with strong referral base.
No weekends
Opportunity for student precepting, Quality Improvement input and committee involvement
Position has a guaranteed base comp for two years and then is base plus wRVU. Quality initiative and Value Based Care bonus potential annually.
